Before I became a wedding photographer, I was deep in the world of animal sciences—teaching college students, leading research projects, and preparing to begin a PhD. I loved the animals and the academics, but something was missing. Before our honeymoon to Iceland, I picked up a camera to capture the landscapes… and found a creative passion I couldn’t ignore!
The truth is, I’ve always been someone who celebrates big and loves even bigger. My friends once awarded me “Most Likely to Celebrate” at a PowerPoint night—and they weren’t wrong. There’s nothing I love more than hosting others in our home for every holiday, throwing parties for my dogs’ birthdays, or showing up with a balloon to celebrate any remotely exciting life event. I believe we were made for connection, and I’ve always had both a servant’s heart & a creative mind that fuel everything I do.
Photography has been the most joy-filled way to bring those pieces of me together. It’s how I serve people, feel closest to Jesus, and preserve what matters most—with intention, care, and a really big smile on my face. This isn’t just what I do—it’s one of the greatest honors of my life.

I honestly couldn't imagine topping our engagement photos that were taken during a rainy/foggy day in RNMP, but our wedding pictures are truly breathtaking. I can't stop looking at the preview pictures that she sent us (not even than 24 hours after our wedding!?) but they are absolutely beautiful. Logan herself is supportive, organized, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. It was very important to us to capture all of those candid natural photos and she did just that. She made every little detail we wanted come true. Both my husband and I are camera shy and have never taken professional photos before hand and Logan made it feel so natural and fun! My husband and I are not photo people and we wanted someone who would capture our wedding/engagement pictures while also capturing our personalities and making us comfortable enough to do so. She is super bubbly and easy to communicate with. Not only did she manage to capture all the photos we wanted, but made it so easy to do so.
