I will deliver an online, downloadable preview gallery within 24 hours of your wedding or session. If this is affected by my travel or capturing another wedding the day after, I will let you know ASAP. You will receive your final gallery within 8-10 weeks of your wedding date and 4 weeks of your session date.

The exact count depends on the scale of your wedding day. On average, I deliver 100 images/hour for all weddings or sessions. As part of your experience, I don't limit the number of images you receive. I promise to include every moment that tells your story that I know you will love.

My custom packages begin with 8 hours of coverage and 2 photographers, ensuring every meaningful moment is beautifully captured. You can then personalize your collection with popular à la carte options like additional hours of coverage, film photography, or rehearsal dinner coverage. If you have specific needs or ideas, I’m happy to collaborate and create something truly unique. Together, we’ll design a package that perfectly documents your celebration.

Before your wedding day, I thoroughly research your venue to discover the best photo locations and understand the layout. I’ll either tour it ahead of time or arrive early on your wedding day to scout in person. No matter the venue, I’ll be fully prepared to capture your celebration beautifully and creatively!

I take every precaution to ensure your photos are safe. My second photographer and I capture every moment on two cameras, each with dual memory cards for backup. After your wedding, I immediately download your images to an external hard drive, my computer, and a secure cloud. I also keep the original files on the memory cards until your gallery is delivered and store them on my hard drive for six months after your wedding day. Your final gallery never expires, and if I ever switch gallery hosts, you’ll receive multiple notifications well in advance. Your memories are always protected with the utmost care.
